Shipping conditions

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We deliver free of charge within Germany.


Deliveries abroad:

International shipping costs are EUR 5.90 flat rate.

We only send vouchers by e-mail. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.


Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-2 working days, for deliveries abroad within 4-8 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that on Sundays and public holidays
